I feel at lost nowadays on how Washington Mutual Bank does everything to screw my checkbook balance in order to create huge overdraft excessive fees. Yes, I know doing this make them billions of money to flow for their losses. Nevertheless, one can just feel betrayed thinking a bank is a financial partner not some unscrupulous fraudster.
So today, out of curiosity I told myself why don’t I do some research if I am really being victimized or am just getting crazy. It is like Harry Potter discovering treasure when I type” Complaints about Washington Mutual Bank” in Google Search. There were pages and pages of frustrating complaints from angry clients and customers of this bank.
As a customer and financial partner, it is rare before I go over and waste time blogging my frustrations with this bank. However, who I am and those other pages of people?
We don’t have the money, power or even network to help us with this predicament.
However, our one and only resort is to tell the world of our frustations. From what I have read WAMU will never care anyways on these pages of complaints and sentiments.
Why, because they are indeed the Empress of Overdraft Fees in the Financial Market today.
